WICHITA, Kan. – BG introduces the new BG MAX Multi Application Exchanger! This machine will do everything the BG Driveline Service Center machine does—and more—in a simpler, easier-to-use design.

This fast and effortless machine is an easy way to service all types of automotive differentials, manual transmissions, transfer cases, and change engine oil in light and heavy-duty vehicles. It carries its own used-fluid tank and handles new fluid or additives in containers from small bottles and cans to 2.5 gallon jugs.
- Air-powered and contains no used fluid pump
- Handheld dispenser on the end of the new fluid hose. When you pull the trigger it fills, when you release it, it stops.
- Two fluid hoses for no cross-contamination
- Quickly change between new fluids 1 ball valve selects the service mode: fill, remove, etc.
BG MAX is designed to be used with any petroleum-based oil. It also removes old engine oil, pulls fluid from automatic transmission pans, empties power steering reservoirs, and more!

A few features of the MAX were borrowed from the MVP, an effective BG Cooling System Service, exchanging worn-out coolant for fresh and new coolant. Both equipment have a transparent fiberglass tank and a vacuum generator. The use of air pressure to generate a vacuum is one of the biggest advancements over the current method of service.
Fewer Moving Parts, Fewer Problems
Used fluid, especially gear oil, contains all sorts of contaminants that are hard on pumps and plug up filters. With the MAX machine, there is no pump in contact with used fluid, so there is no need for a filter!
The MAX machine uses air pressure to add new fluid back to the vehicle. It also has an easy-to-use fill wand so the correct amount of new fluid can be added to the vehicle quickly.
The main design focus was ease of use, but we also wanted to be sure to build a machine that is going to last in the shop environment.
