My name is Jose. I am the Shop Supervisor at La Porte Independent School District in La Porte, Texas. I have been using BG’s products and programs to maintain the school’s fleet vehicles since 1991. Over the last 20 years, I have been consistently impressed with their product effectiveness and very pleased with their customer service.
We started using BG’s bulk fuel treatments in 1991. Since that time, we have had only 1 injector failure in our fleet. That’s one injector failure in 20 years! Outside of that one, we have not had to replace any injectors on our fleet vehicles. This is truly remarkable and testifies to the outstanding quality and effectiveness of BG’s products. And, as you can imagine, this has saved the school a lot of money. Furthermore, besides the treatment itself, BG helps me maintain my fuel storage tanks so I can focus my attention on other things.
Also, in the early 1990s, I noticed we were experiencing a high rate of transmission failures, so I decided to start servicing our fleet with BG’s transmission flush equipment and products. That was in 1995. Since then, I have experienced only about 1 transmission failure a year, and some years I have not had any failures at all.
Overall, BG’s maintenance processes have made my job a lot easier. Through their products and programs, I have significantly reduced my fleet’s downtime and have experienced little in the way of catastrophic component failures in the 20 years I have been working with them.
