WICHITA, Kan. — BG Products, Inc., announces its acquisition of the Vornado Air facility in Andover, Kansas. This addition will add approximately 300,000 square feet of office and warehouse space to help keep up with BG’s fast-paced growth.
“The demand on BG’s Wichita, El Dorado, and Derby facilities has grown rapidly the last 5–10 years, and more space is needed,” said Ron Garcia, BG Products Executive Vice President/COO. “We are pleased to announce this expansion, as this is an exciting time in our company’s history. We continue to look forward to a bright future at BG.”

Derby, Kansas — In 2023, an additional 51,000-square-foot expansion project was completed on the Derby campus for BG Automation, a division of BG Products, Inc. BG Automation comprises three distinct business segments, each serving a specific area of expertise: BG Automation (specializing in automation and robotics), BG Precision (focused on machining and assembly), and The Distinct Ink (offering custom signage and promotional products).
Wichita, Kansas — In 2019, an additional 34,000-square-foot expansion project was completed on the Wichita campus for the BG Technology and Training Center. The building features a state-of-the-art chemistry lab and automotive testing facility, home to the BG Proving Ground. It also includes training and demonstration rooms for BG University, an in-house sales training program.
El Dorado, Kansas — In 2007, BG built a 50,000-square-foot distribution center in El Dorado. By 2010, this distribution center was bursting at the seams. In 2019, an expansion added 120,000 square feet of warehouse space, with the old distribution center reconfigured as a kitting facility.
